TERMS & CONDITIONS PIFF 2026 ONLINE ACCESS A. ACCESS POLICY 1. PIFF 2026 Online Access will only be available until H+5 after the festival ends (five days after May 30, 2026). Access will automatically expire after the stated period. 2. Online access is valid only for the account or email address used during registration. 3. All access is personal and non-transferable. 4. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts, passwords, and access links. 5. PIFF 2026 reserves the right to limit or terminate access if there is any indication of account misuse or violation of these Terms & Conditions. 6. Program schedules are subject to change at any time with or without prior notice. B. PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY 1. All completed payments are final. 2. Purchased tickets or online passes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable unless otherwise stated by the organizer. 3. In the event of force majeure or certain technical issues, PIFF 2026 reserves the right to determine the appropriate form of compensation. C. COPYRIGHT & CONTENT USAGE 1. Users are PROHIBITED from: a. Recording, copying, distributing, or reproducing content without written permission. b. Conducting screen recordings, restreaming, excessive screenshotting, or piracy in any form. c. Republishing PIFF 2026 content on other platforms for public or commercial purposes. 4. Any violation of copyright regulations may result in access termination without refund and may lead to legal action in accordance with applicable laws. D. TECHNICAL ISSUES 1.
